Our candidate assessment is augmented by extensive reference checking. This always includes verification of all
educational and professional credentials. We routinely speak with seven or more references, including former bosses,
peers, and subordinates. Whenever possible, reference interviews are conducted in person.
This intensive process allows us to probe for a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses while at the same time evaluating
the rater’s candor, accuracy, and point of view.
Once the final candidate is selected by the client, we provide advice in the formulation of the offer. Our extensive
experience in this area helps us surface and neutralize problems that might otherwise prevent acceptance of an offer.
