Our consultative approach allows us to develop an efficient search strategy that’s tailored to each client’s specific cultural
and organizational needs. We provide a comprehensive timetable for completion as well as target dates for specific
accomplishments in the search process. The interactive design of our search strategy enables it to serve not only as one
of several communication devices, but also as a means for our clients to monitor and measure our performance on the
search. Following the development of an appropriate search strategy, we begin the initial research. In addition to relying
on our own extensive research library and computerized files, we make use of the latest advancements in technology to
access the most current databases available.
