The heart of our distinctive approach to executive search lies in our sourcing and assessment of candidates. Each
candidate is carefully evaluated based on his or her accomplishments, interpersonal skills, management capabilities,
leadership characteristics, business acumen, and overall “fit” for the client organization. A detailed candidate assessment
report and preliminary reference check results are presented before a candidate is introduced. Our interview reports are
not persuasive selling brochures. Rather, each is an objective written analysis of strengths and weaknesses, focusing on
the underlying reasons for a candidate’s past successes and failures. Our report augments the candidate’s résumé and
concludes with our objective assessment of how well the candidate matches the “ideal” description initially prepared.
