Our average time for completing a search assignment is four to six weeks from the date a contract is signed.

Our core group of professional search consultants is complemented by a research and administrative staff and is supported by the latest innovations in automated data retrieval systems.

We do not delegate search assignments. Rather, we require each Senior Consultant to maintain responsibility for the planning and execution of a search from start to finish. However, a principal of TRG Talent Solutions will always conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates prior to their referral to clients for employment consideration.
