Our Team
Ezell Marrs III, SPHR, MM
Managing Partner
Ezell is the founder and Managing Partner of TRG Talent Solutions LLC and leads the daily operations of the executive search practice. With a broad background in corporate human resources and higher education leadership, Ezell applied his entrepreneurial spirit to excel in the development of a world-class boutique firm.
His career began in human resources with Allstate Insurance Company where he advanced to division manager and went on to HR leadership positions with Amtry Mutual and Metropolitan Life Insurance. His career in higher education led him as Inaugural to the founding of TRG Talent Solutions as a retained search and human capital development firm.
With an assignment at a local university, Ezell began work in higher education. His career advanced from an academic recruiter to compliance director, director of admissions, and most recently vice president of corporate and strategic partnerships at Marian University.
In the community, Ezell serves as the Board President for The Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana, the board of directors, for The Indianapolis Uplift Foundation, and the Board Chairman of the A-Way-Out Foundation and A-Way-Out Ministries.
Dr. James Officer III
Director, Organizational Development
For 20 years James Officer has been coaching, motivating, and teaching others to maximize their potential in their personal and professional lives. James’s experience has been primarily in the financial services and proprietary education industries. James received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautic Technology and a Masters of Public Administration from Indiana State University.
James has been a guest speaker for the Rockefeller Institute, the NAACP, Kiwis book, and several federal agencies. In 2015, James was a guest lecturer and panel lecturer at Purdue University and Indiana State University. He was voted the “Helper-of-Award Winner” by the Dale Carnegie Personal Development Institute and was named among the “Who’s Who Who” in Indianapolis. James was born and raised on the east side of Indianapolis and is a proud graduate of Arlington High School.
Dianna Feliciano
Sr. Consultant, Talent Acquisition
Dianna is a bilingual (Spanish speaking) leadership development professional. Purpose-driven with 7+ years of experience in organizational leadership focused on talent development, employee engagement, and program rebranding and innovation. She has achieved successful results by modeling an ethical leadership style centered on a value-based culture of trust, mental health, transportation/logistics, and manufacturing industries.
With a passion for working with people and leaders, Dianna embraces a combination of servant and transformational leadership styles and building an inclusive team dynamic environment where high-performing multicultural teams can strive to achieve organizational goals.
She enjoys encouraging and leading teams to come up with creative and innovative ideas that produce value added solutions through inspired story-telling communication styles. She is a believer that we posses gifts, talents, and abilities; and through strategic mentoring and coaching techniques, she is able to help individuals and teams enhance their potential and exceed goals efficiently.
Rachel Donaldson
Sr. Consultant, Professional Development and Executive Search
Rachel Donaldson is a Sr. Consultant for TRG Talent Solutions, LLC. As the Sr. Consultant, her role is to promote Executive Search and Talent Acquisition for TRG to Greater Atlanta, and surrounding areas. Prior to this role, Rachel worked in mental health for over seven years.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She also has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Tridant University Indianapolis.
Dr. William T. Lewis, Sr.
Sr. Consultant, Healthcare Practice - Southeast Region
Dr. William T. Lewis, Sr. is a nationally recognized expert in organizational culture, leadership, and change management. He is the founder of WillHouse Global and co-founder of The Intersection, where he advises institutions and businesses on building cultures rooted in courage, clarity, and belonging. As the Chief Executive Gopher of his family’s social enterprise, Cam’s Coffee Co., Dr. Lewis proudly champions inclusive employment for individuals with disabilities.
A former higher-education executive at four major institutions—including Indiana University, Virginia Tech, Bridgewater State University, and Forsyth Technical Community College—Dr. Lewis currently serves as Senior Consultant for Inclusion and Belonging at ECU Health. His work has earned national recognition, including Manage HR’s Top Diversity and Inclusion Company award and the Triad Business Journal’s Diversity Leadership honor.
Dr. Lewis is the award-winning author of Sweet Potato or Pumpkin Pie: Conversations with My White Friends about Race and Perched in the Storm: Brutal Lessons in Resilience Every Leader Can Learn from Entrepreneurs. He is also a co-author of the NADOHE Standards of Professional Practice (2014).
Dr. Lewis served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 1998 and continues his lifelong commitment to service as Chair of the Board for the United Way of Forsyth County.
Janelle Johnson
Administrative Consultant
Janelle was involved in leadership roles such as the National Society of Leadership and Success, the NAACP, the University of Tennessee Chapter, and a Shift Leader /Assistant Manager.
She has also held positions at her former university’s housing and office as well as carried out roles in food services such as Dairy Queen where she was promoted to assistant manager, the Cheesecake Factory, and, currently, Brenz Pizza Company.
Janelle has worked as a sales associate and held positions as a cashier. She serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Corporate & Strategic Partnerships at Marian University.
