We provide a comprehensive timetable for completion as well as target milestones for specific accomplishments in the search process. The interactive design of our search strategy enables it to serve not only as one of several communication channels, but also as a means for our clients to monitor and measure our performance on the search. Following the development of an appropriate search strategy, we begin the initial research. In addition to relying on our own extensive research database, we make use of the latest advancements in technology to access the most current resources available.

Assessment and Evaluation
A Totally Inclusive Recruitment Methodology
The heart of our distinctive approach to executive search lies in our sourcing and assessment of candidates. Each candidate is carefully evaluated based on his or her accomplishments, interpersonal skills, management capabilities, leadership characteristics, business acumen, and overall “fit” for the client organization.
A detailed candidate assessment report and preliminary reference check results are presented before a candidate is introduced. Our interview reports are an objective written analysis of strengths and weaknesses, focusing on the underlying reasons for a candidate’s past successes and failures.

Augmenting Assessment Through Extensive Reference Checking
Our candidate assessment is augmented by extensive reference checking. This always includes verification of all educational and professional credentials. We routinely speak with seven or more references, including former bosses, peers, and subordinates.
This intensive process allows us to probe for a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses while at the same time evaluating the rater’s candor, accuracy, and point of view.
Once the final candidate is selected, we provide advice in the formulation of the offer. Our extensive experience helps us surface and neutralize problems that might otherwise prevent acceptance.
